For the 50th anniversary of Adidas Originals, a "hype village" was created in an abandoned Berlin warehouse. The 12-hour event featured a bespoke pharmacy, salon, and plunge pool, culminating in a live performance by Lil Yachty. Kinematics developed a robotic airbrush system that allowed guests to customize garments in real-time. Using an iPad interface, attendees selected illustrations, positioned them on clothing, and watched as a robot instantly printed their design.
